Do I need to be in attendance when you visit my property?

No, you do not need to be present on the day that we visit your property, as long as the areas are accessible. If we have any questions regarding your quote request or need assistance on the day of cleaning, we will contact you.
Do I need to provide water and power?

No, you don't... Our vans are fully equipped with water tanks and mobile power stations, this enables us to work anywhere! We have a contract with United Utilities that allows our trained staff to access the water mains via hydrants, using a standpipe.
